As Hungary's largest natural gas trader and one of the most important players in domestic natural gas supply, MVM ONEnergy has a crucial role in maintaining the country's energy security. Our key partners include the domestic universal service provider, responsible for supplying natural gas to household consumers, while we also play a significant role in both the industrial and wholesale segments. We procure natural gas through long- and short-term supply contracts, as well as spot and forward market transactions, thus ensuring stable and competitive supply for our partners. In addition to traditional gas sales, our trading portfolio also includes flexibility, storage and infrastructure services, allowing us to respond quickly to market changes and consumer demand.

In recent years, MVM ONEnergy has taken major steps to expand its alternative supply sources. In 2021, we joined the users of the Krk LNG terminal in Croatia via long-term capacity booking, providing regasification capacity equivalent to approximately 6.75 billion cubic meters of natural gas between 2021 and 2027. Through LNG purchases, our company also has access to natural gas from overseas sources, which was previously limited in the Central and Eastern European region. We are also continuously exploring access options to other European LNG terminals, such as those in the Baltic, North Sea, Italy and Greece, in order to further improve the security and diversification of our supply routes.

As a reliable partner in domestic energy production, MVM ONEnergy supplies power plants with district heating, ensuring an efficient and continuous thermal energy supply. Centralized heat generation and integrated system control enable district heating to support power plant operations in a reliable, cost-effective and environment-friendly manner. Thermal energy is produced using modern, energy-efficient technologies that contribute to reducing carbon dioxide emissions and increasing energy efficiency.

Through our subsidiaries, we are also active market players in Austria, Slovakia, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Serbia and Bulgaria, making MVM ONEnergy one of the key players in the Central European gas market today. Our sales activities are characterized not only by long-term contracts, but also by stock exchange and hub trading transactions, in harmony with the functioning of the liberalized European gas market. Our experienced sales team is active on a daily basis in the region's leading markets, enabling us to provide our partners with competitive prices and reliable supply.
